Founded in 2022, MyFredy provides services for independent living and those aging in place across cities nationwide.
MyFredy was born from a personal experience. In 2021, after a serious motorcycle accident in Atlanta, I relied on a trusted friend and companion to manage daily tasks and assist with medical appointments during my recovery. The value of having reliable help during that time made a lasting impact — and inspired me to create a service to help others in similar situations.
Today, MyFredy provides HIPAA-compliant, HSA-eligible medical procedure companions and companion services in more than a dozen U.S. cities — from Seattle to Miami — with a growing network of professional, caring Fredys ready to assist.
We help clients get to and from outpatient procedures, medical appointments, dental care, and cosmetic treatments — offering safe transport, wait-and-return service, and compassionate support for as long as needed.

Jonathan Greenhill, Founder of MyFredy, brings more than 30 years of experience in managing service-based businesses across the U.S. and internationally. Following a personal medical recovery journey, he launched MyFredy to help others find safe, reliable companions for medical appointments and personal errands.
