Showed up on time. Was able to stick around while I waited for my appointment and until I was finished with my appointment. Offered to help me move around after the appointment and get me back home safely.
Mr. Hines was very professional and his vehicle was well maintained and clean. My only concern or confusion was on the confirmation emails for Fredy Arrival Time. It was not clear if the Arrival Time is the arrival time to pick me up or the scheduled appointment time.
Great companion for my surgery. Everything went well. Could not have asked for better care. Would use again and recommend. Thank you
