I had an excellent experience. I wasn’t sure how to set up the appointment to just meet me at the facility to get me home but finally figured it out. (I walked to the facility, but needed someone to meet me afterward due to sedation.) My Fredy knew what to do, signed me out, and drove me home. She was friendly and outgoing. It would be helpful to have a bubble to indicate when the patient doesn’t know what time the procedure would take place. My initial guess was way off. To sum up, I had an excellent experience. The primary problems had to do with figuring out how to communicate what I needed. Thank you for providing this service.

On-time, professional, friendly, great experience across the board. Very upfront about costs, easy to book, easy to edit your booking time, and allows you to charge your booking time up until the day before.
