Is MyFredy a rideshare?
No. MyFredy is a managed Medical Procedure Companion service. A Fredy can enter the facility, wait on-site when required, participate in discharge logistics and accompany you home.
Does my Fredy stay during the procedure?
When your facility requires the responsible adult to remain on-site, your Fredy stays for the required period and remains available through discharge.
What if I do not know my exact procedure time yet?
Book your procedure date and best-known time. Schedule changes are common, and timing can be updated as your facility provides the final schedule.
Can my Fredy pick me up?
Yes. Depending on the service you choose, your Fredy can pick you up at home or a hotel, meet you at check-in, or arrive before discharge for the trip home.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
MyFredy bookings may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator for your specific plan.
