Paul was wonderful! He arrived on time, waited for me throughout my procedure, and made sure I got safely inside my home afterward. I truly appreciated his kindness and reliability. One suggestion would be to encourage communication between the companion and patient the day before the appointment to confirm all arrangements are in place and address any last-minute questions or concerns.

This is an extremely well run company from beginning to end the ability to book the chaperone as well as their confirmation process and sharing information about the person that was going to help you I have no complaints. On-time, professional, friendly, great experience across the board.
