Matt was outstanding. He picked me up on time, drove safely in morning rush hour traffic to the Cleveland Clinic, and stayed with me until I was taken back for my procedure. It was very convenient to have him waiting for me to meet the Clinic's requirement of a responsible adult being present for the procedure. Afterwards he drove me home and helped me out of the car. Matt spent a total of six hours with me today. If I had asked a friend to help me with this, he or she would have missed an entire day of work.
