The online process to reserve and pay was smooth and easy. My driver, Michael, showed up early and was polite and personable. MyFredy removed the stress and worry away from how I would transport myself to/from the health care facility for a procedure that required anesthesia. The only reason I gave the service a 9, versus 10, rating is that the price was high (roughly $100/hr).

On-time, professional, friendly, great experience across the board. Very upfront about costs, easy to book, easy to edit your booking time, and allows you to charge your booking time up until the day before.
