Simple flat-rate pricing

Select the time block that fits your needs. Your Fredy can pick you up, meet you at the clinic, or arrive ahead of discharge. Pharmacy stops, parking, and tolls are included. Any applicable Distance Premium, NYC Transportation Surcharge, or late-notice fee is shown before payment.

Every booking includes a 30-minute grace period at no charge. If service runs beyond the booked block, additional time is invoiced after service under the booking terms. Pharmacy copays and other post-service charges are invoiced separately; your Fredy never handles billing or money on the day of service. Additional planned hours outside a base package are currently $80 per hour.

Aftercare is always an option

Continued non-clinical companion care is available at the patient’s home or hotel, including Aftercare-only bookings, for up to 24 hours.

Flexible scheduling and a clear cancellation policy

Procedure times often change. Reserve the date first, then update the time when the facility confirms it.

Frequently Asked Questions

MyFredy never leaves the facility once we arrive – no matter how long it takes. All bookings allow for a 30 minute grace period for time overages before additional charges apply.

Yes, aftercare is available for all clients for up to 24 hours. You can book in advance or the day or simply ask your Fredy the day of your procedure. Additional charges apply.

Discharge Home simply means one-way and Full Service means round trip. Most providers require your “trusted or responsible adult” to arrive with you. If you are allowed to arrive and check in without us, you can schedule a Discharge Home as part of our minimum three-hour service block. Simply put your provider’s name and address in Address #1 at booking.

MyFredy companions, or Fredys as we call ourselves, our vetted professionals from your community that enjoy serving others. We are locals and pride ourselves on being surrogates for your competent, reliable, and discreet friend that isn’t available.

Many procedure times are not provided until the last minute – cosmetic surgery and IVF treatments are most common. All procedures are subject to last minute changes. If you are uncertain, please select 7am or similar as a placeholder and make a note in the notes field during booking.

Things happen. We get it. All schedule adjustments are accommodated without additional fees and we treat cancellations as just another schedule change YTD. You never lose the value of your booking.

Most outpatient facilities require a responsible adult to be present at check-in, remain during the appointment, and provide a ride home after sedation or anesthesia. MyFredy is designed specifically to meet this requirement.


Many outpatient procedures require a friend, family member, responsible adult, or trusted adult for discharge after sedation. Common examples include:
