MyFredy Access Intelligence turns anonymized, first-party procedure-day activity into national, state, and regional reports, market benchmarks, and provider-recognition insights. The MyFredy Procedure-Day Access Index is the analytical framework behind these reports, while MyFredy Access Leaders is the recognition series used only when the supporting data and review standards are met.
What Information Is Included
Reports use completed MyFredy assignments, exact Market City relationships, booking-form procedure and service fields, Aftercare selections, Home Visit activity, completion-form timing, validated recent facility activity, public client feedback, active Fredy coverage, and current recruiting records.
Reporting Period
Activity and procedure data use a trailing 365-day reporting period unless a profile states otherwise.
Relative Comparisons
Exact internal totals may be represented as percentages or relative classifications when publishing a low absolute number could be misleading.
Procedure Categories
Procedure activity uses the same categories shown in the MyFredy booking form, including Plastic / Cosmetic, Eye / Cataract, GI / Endoscopy, Dental, Orthopedic, and other listed procedure types.
Service Types
Service activity recognizes Round Trip, Meet at Check-In, Discharge Home, Full Service, Post-Op Companion Home Care (Aftercare), and In-Home Visit / Wellness Check (Home Visits). Aftercare is also measured as its own booking decision so add-on and standalone recovery support remain visible even when the procedure-day service is categorized separately.
Additional Time and Aftercare
When comparable completion information exists, reports may show the share of Outpatient Procedure Companion assignments that required additional time beyond the booked duration. Aftercare requests may be summarized by selection rate, duration, and recovery setting without exposing individual booking details.
Emerging Signals
Hotel recovery, bookings made for another person, and provider-originated bookings are tracked from the time reliable fields become available. They remain private until both the sample size and percentage thresholds are large enough to produce a meaningful public signal.
Recent Facility References
Facility names are limited to recent completed assignments in the profile geography and are validated through Google location data or an exact Market City, state, and ZIP match. A listing does not indicate endorsement, partnership, or a contractual relationship.
Public Reviews and Privacy
Public feedback is connected to an included Market City or assignment. Patient names, recovery addresses, internal notes, private Fredy details, and identifying record combinations are excluded.
